Tech Services Inc. has over twenty-five years of experience with Leybold products and became incorporated in 1997. We buy, sell and service only Oerlikon Leybold products.
Our turnaround time
is excellent. Converter repairs take less than one week. All frequency converters
are calibrated and then tested with a stacked working pump.
We have several
models available for sale and immediate delivery. Our turbomolecular pump service
includes a complete disassembly, cleaning and replacement of all orings, seals
and ceramic bearings. The pump is balanced with a Schenck Vibroport 41 to meet
or exceed Leybold vibration specifications. The turbomolecular pump is helium
leak tested to insure proper vacuum levels. A declaration
of contamination form must be completed before any service will be performed
on turbomolecular pumps.

Tech
Services Inc. offers maintenance for your Leybold, Inficon or Varian leak detectors. Our service
includes a total disassembly and cleaning of the vacuum system. We service the
mass spectrometer and the diffusion pump. The ion source is replaced with a rebuilt
ion source. The diffusion pump is overhauled. The wire seals, orings and oils
are changed. The vane pump oil is changed. Most circuit boards are repaired at
the component level. The turbo pump and the vane pump can be rebuilt, if needed,
for an additional charge. The unit is calibrated and tested.
